Mr. Ronald E. Quarry Obituary

Ronald E. J. Quarry, of Cheltenham, passed away peacefully on Monday June 27, 2022. He was 92. Ron was born in Philadelphia to the late Claire (nee Kloepper) and James D. Quarry. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margarete in 2019, his brother, James and his sister, Lorraine.

Ron was raised in the Broad and Olney section of Philadelphia. He was a Navy Veteran from the Korean era. He was the proud owner of Quarry's Butcher Shop in North Philadelphia. Ron was a Deacon at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Cheltenham, a life time outdoorsman and hunter.

Relatives and friends are invited to Ron's Life Celebration on Wed. July 6, 2022 from 9 to 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 7631 Waters Rd., Cheltenham, PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00. Ron will be laid to rest at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Cheltenham. Condolences may be sent to the family by visiting mcgheegivnish.com
